NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Northwest Missouri State University Board of Regents will meet by telephone and in the President's Office Conference Room of the Administration Building on the campus of Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, Missouri, at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2009.

Closed Session

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, SUBJECT TO A MOTION DULY MADE AND ADOPTED, the BOARD OF REGENTS may also hold a closed meeting for the purpose of dealing with matters relating to one or more of the following:

• Legal actions, Cause of Action, Litigation or privileged communications between the Board/University's Representatives and its attorneys: §610.021(1) R.S.Mo.
• Hiring, Firing, Disciplining or Promoting Employees: §610.021(3) R.S.Mo.
• Competitive Bidding Specifications: §610.021(11) R.S.Mo.
